World Vision NZ historically had its IT provided by internal support staff. After a strategic review involving external consultants, the decision to outsource the entire IT Support function was made. A Request for Proposal process was run by a Management Consultancy with the objective to migrate the existing server and IT infrastructure to a single provider, who would provide a single point of contact for all IT requests and the ongoing management of the IT estate.

World Vision have over 100 staff across 3 locations and more than 50 volunteers who all rely on the IT infrastructure. For a fixed monthly fee, Intellium manage and maintain World Vision’s servers, network and all of the end users support needs.
